Does anyone know the name of this MOVIE?????

well its about this teen gurl with blond hair who lives in this big house ......and her dad is like a drunky and one day she was at her room and her dad was drunk so he d her................she went threw a lot so she asked her boyfriend if he can help her kill her dad and he said yes..................so wen it was dark she and her boyfrind killed the dad.......after that the cops threw her mom in prinson they thought the mom killed the dad.................................late… on she felt bad so she broke up with her boyfriend .................and this guy ( who haves black hair and dresses black) started talking to her and she started to like him but than she found out that, that guy took some pics of wen she killed her dad...................so she was mad at her guy friend ...............but she still trusted him so she ask him wat could she do...........................and he told her to turn herself in to the police..........................she did ....but he still continue to visit her,....................wen it was time for her to get out of prison she left with guy in his motor cycle ........................................… ENDING YES but i totally forgot there names and wats the movie called so PLEASE if U KNOW TELL ME i saw this movie wen i was like 7 now 15 so i forgot name of the movie i have good memary though :D
