I don't think prospective employers will judge you harshly at all. What you describe are textbook examples of burnout. It happens in a lot of careers and you are smart to get out. Cut yourself a break and don't worry about future employers. You can tell them you experienced burnout or that you realized you needed a change--it isn't that uncommon no matter what the line of work. People grow and change. Good luck!
