Question about recently purchased DISNEY PINS �O� �O�?

I recently purchased alot of disney pins online and once they arrived i noticed alot of them were strange in alot of ways, the biggest being their backs. Im not new to disneypins so when they came in and about half of them have SUPER SHINY silver pin backs with mickey mouse faces stamped/ printed all over the back i realized that maby its a new thing or they are fake!! Could someone please shed some light on this and help me out ? Thank you :D
