Woodbury Commons Outlet has a bunch of good stores and you can find really good deals there. Also, Tanger Outlets in Long Island. If you want, New Jersey has a big mall called Jersey Gardens and they have a lot of outlets there. They seem like shops but they're factory stores and you can find a lot of great stuff there!
