How to look more girly?

I got this new hair cut and its kinda short like shoulders and I wear like skinny jeans a shirt and a sweat shirt with either toms or vans and it used to look otay cause i still looked like a girl cause of my long hair but now it looks more butch so how could i look more girlie without seeming like a super girl?
