Whats up with my refund?

I filed my taxes on Jan 15th RAL with the SBBT, I was told by my preparer that the bank was on freeze from doing the RAL, and it submitted electronically, not DD, I have been accepted by the IRS, but when I check Wheres My Refund, its telling me that there is no info regarding my return it could take up to 3 weeks to process, is there anyone else with the same problem, and are the DD dates the same for electronic? Please help!!!
