You got it. We've taken over already. The less desirable the place the cheaper the prices. Just look at the Detroit housing market right now. You can get not just a lot but a house as well for the same price as a new Camry. It's really tough times for people up there. I've heard that the overall lowest costs (not including a place that is economically depressed) are in some spots in South Dakota.
