I'm a 19 yr old girl.i hava very oily face .it is very oily in rainy n summer season.n very dry in winter .

pls advice me a mild face wah or a good facewash which will not meave my skin dry after wash n it will moisturize also.i have pimple like face but its not exactly pimples but very hard to touch all over the face.i hav pores all over my cheeks for which i think excess oil secretion is there.pls advice me how to fill up those pores n a good face care regimen which will remove spots from my face n will keep my face glow n fresh all the day.i hav small pimples like things also on my neck .pls tell me how to get rid of this
