Will the packers new 3-4 defense work?

Personally, I am a big fan of the 3-4. As a former O lineman, I always found it more difficult to stalk down and block linebackers in space then D lineman head up, plus you could see the field better as a linebacker. It is also easier to mix up pressure schemes
