What redskins jersey should i get?

I want the jersey of a player who will be with the redskins 4 a long time...i was thinking #11 Devin Thomas but im not sure if he will step up although he scored that T.D. vs. the giants...Maybe that #12 but he has no hands...Can some1 give me a few suggestions...please don't say Clinton portis or santana..both will be gone in a few years...THANKS!!!
