What Kind of Weapons Did did the Confederates use in the First Battle of Bull Run??

Typically confederate soldiers used whatever gun they personally owned. There were very few government issued guns on the confederate side though they provided ammunition. The line infantry used cap and ball type rifles, or shotguns. Calvary used handguns and sabres. Front loading artillery pieces were also used.
