Ryan Miller--an NHL first?

Was that play midway through the third period when Jagr got his stick into him the first time an NHL goalie has ever gotten a 2 minute penalty for (essentially) diving? I know it was called "unsportsmanlike conduct" but that's the term used whenever a forward gets sent off for diving.
