REALLY REALLY NEED SOME HELLP!! OMGG RATTIE PROBLEMM. ?

OMG like yesterday my rats eyes stopped opening all the way. and i knew something was up! and ilove her :[ so today i came home like 5 mins ago and she was sitting there not moving which she never does and her eyes werent open so i pettted her and her eyes only went half open. her hair didnt feel as soft and it came off!! it was gross. and so i talked to me step dad adn we think that she is dehidrated!! so i put her water in a bowl and she drank a little that fell on the ground and she moved a little more!! and can you please help me she is just a baby and i wanted her to live a good life and i tried so hard! i even asked a million questions on thiss thing!! oh and we has her water in one of those things you suck on and we think that she wasnt able to get it.
