Mouse in the house wat do i do?

omg i just saw a mouse come running out of my room now im sittin on my bed freakin the hell out. can they climb in bed with me? if i have a light on will they stay away? is there anythin i can do so i can sleep tonight? pls someone help im freakin out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
