Is the United States racist?

IF PEOPLE ACTUALLY think that prisons are predominantly BLACK then they're more ignorant and dumb then I thought! These statistics came from a bunch of biased white people that have never even seen the outside of a prison! I know some people that have been to prison, and they know otherwise! and YES THE UNITED STATES OF AS$HOLE IS RACIST! LOL
