How can we explain this contradiction by Muslims?

Very few Muslims are terrorists so, they have a right to denounce terrorism as much as me and maybe you do. For a fact, authorities, even those who are Muslim do take action against terrorists and other such criminals. While suing over ham is nonsensical, the fact remains that it's a very rare occurrence and lets face it, given a chance to make money with minimal effort is almost everyone's dream. To blame all Muslims for terrorism would be like blaming Germany for all war. Your question is glorified hate speech. I'm 12.
