Guy teasing me all the time!!?

So this guy friend of mine is really cute and i kinda like him. So he always teases me about my height ever since like 5th grade. So earlier this year he asked out this other girl but she said no. So this weekend we were at this fundraiser thing at my school and he was hanging out with the girl that said no but nothing flirty. Then we were walking and he said i was short and picked me up and carried me then asked if he could fireman carry me? Later he picked me up again and then i chased him playfully and grabbed him. But he always is teasing me and he smiles. He doesn't tease any of the other girls this way. Does he like me?
