Finding an old arcade game?

Hello, I am having a trouble finding an old school arcade game, which I played as a little kid. There's two of them, the first one featured a guy with a backpack on, going on the streets blasting mutant aliens, I remember some that moved from the garbage can. There was a level on which you become flying and all the monsters mutated to their flying types. It was an arcade sidescroller. Thanks!
