Experiences of Natural Child Birth?

I have 3 kids and i thought that i would not be able to do it without an epidural (which i don't care what anyone says hurts like hell) on my third child i was too late to have an epidural by the time i got to the hospital and had to have her naturally, the whole process went a lot faster without it and my advice to you is to just go with what your body is telling you to do, instinct does take over and that includes your breathing, everything. Because believe me if i can do it natural any one can (i'm the biggest wimp and i'm planning baby number 4). By all means go to the antenatal cles to learn the breathing techniques, but a womans body is the best guide when in labour. Congrats on the pregnancy and best of luck
