Do you believe everything your kids tells you?

Kids DO lie. But I don't think you can always blame the parents. I know the signals of my daughters lies. Eyes darting around, defensive reactions. I think sometimes she is afraid of our reactions to her "truths". They don't realize how hard it is to perpetuate a lie, and when they get caught up in it, they blame us, in their own twisted logic ways. It's a matter of maturity, being responsible for your own actions. Kids lack the ability to make good judgments until their brains are complete, which isn't till they are in their early 20's. No, I don't believe everything she tells us. But I figure if that's the way she wants to roll, it will be her karma, not ours. hopefully she will see the light, soon!
