Am i too old to wear this kind of thing?

im 22 but i just bought myself a really pretty skirt. it's rather short but it's one of those gothic-pixie skirts. it's black with lace and discrete purple stars. it's very pouffy, like a tutu. im only 5'3 (sometimes 5'4 depending on the measurer) and i weight about 106 pounds, so i look very young, people often ume that im a teenager, especially since im soon getting braces to fix my disgusting teeth which i refused to fix as a teenager, and i have what most people call "scene" hair. i suddenly realized i might be too old for that skirt but it was just so damn awesome. what do you think?
